All the manufactures have people that are upset with them. I dont want this to be a place were those who are upset with a manufacture come to complain. All Pumps have problems. ALL OF THEM. The reason they have problems is becouse concrete is hard to pump. Maybe your not talking to the right guys at the company. Email me and i will see what i can do to help you.
