Soo. I had to get a new feeder belt on my Telebelt installed today. Went to the factory as I live only a couple of hrs. away.Just like a big kid in a candy store looking at all of the new and used boompumps,Telebelts and trailer pump around there. Parts and pcs. of every size and shape. As always Lee and his crack crew got me rolling in no time with a clean bill of health for the truck for a while. Man it sure is handy living so close to the plant with all the right parts, tools etc. right at hand. Thanks guys at Putz. |

Not that hard.I was almost going to do it myself. But 2 over head cranes to lift it off and set it on heavy duty steel saw hores are the trick. I think two guys working together could do it in half a day. |

We leave it on the truck, and 2 of us can do it in 3 to 4 hours. |

Just got the belt on today. thinking it would have been a lot easier to do it off the truck. The hardest part of the whole thing was the slider section at the bottom had to be moved with a sledge hammer because it was seized. Even ground off all the concrete and it still didn't slide nicely. Ended up breaking the bolts that hold the Hopper mounts Because i was using the hydraulic jacks to pull the slide up to relieve the tension.. so I had to pretty much remove the entire slide assembly to replace the bolts. Took 5 hours in total to change it. |

I don't think five hrs is bad. Did you take it off the truck or not. |
