Filter maintenance is vital to the longevity of your pump Including Telebelt’s

The next pic’s show some things to check to make sure your unit is operating up to specification.

Having the wrong plunger setting can cause major failure of your Hydraulic pumps.

Have you confirmed these settings on your Pump/Belt ?

More in this case is NOT better either, that can damage the plunger and cause leaking of the plunger.

On Telebelts  the suction gauge might be displaying Oil tank Pressure.  TB’s  105 & 110 have air pressure to feed the pumps, these gauges read differently, but are indicating the same thing about the status of the filter. Call if you are not sure.

As always please apply this info to your service on your unit and consult the manual or the CSG to confirm the specification for your individual pump.
