been running a 32 rf 4 stage for over 10 years looking to update, to new machinary not going to name the brand i like to go with but they have 2 pumps that catch my eye its a 33 z 4 stage or 32 z 5 stage , the only thing drawing me off the 32 5 stage is that i get 1.2m less of boom compared to my old boom , and the 33z is basically the same or half a meter more then my old one , what would u guys get , i really dont want shorter stick ?

I guess if it were me I would give serious consideration to the 34m/39m schwing.

Cifa's 5 section 31 is pretty nice little pump.  Really handy to be able to put boom in front of cab and pull into buildings, and the 360 degree rotation on 5th section is pretty slick for tight spots and especially reaching under and up onto mezzanines.

Putz's 31 5 section is probably pretty slick too, just have never ran one personally.

I think the brand you're looking at is good as well.  I ran one of them, a 37 rollnfold.  Nice, user friendly pump, and very solid even on big yardage pours...and probably a little cheaper than some of the brands mentioned aforehand!

in my experience the bigest stick w/the smallest footprint would be the best, a 38 or 40m putz

Schwing 31xt is a really awesome boom. Minimum driving clearance of 12ft 8 inch, minimum unfolding height of 18ft 8 inch, and it reaches almost as far as a 32 Meter roll-fold, and the tip section is a Z-Fold section. They are serious money makers

This is my opinion!

im sorry , the 31XT truck height is 12Ft 10 inches not 12ft 8 inches. Still, you can get into some really tight spots with this guy

32-5 Z boom is the better pump in my opinion. Yes the lack of boom length is a downside but the ability to sneak a boom in where other pumps can't and the versitility of the small truck allows for easy line pumping from transition.

In my opinion a normal 4 section Z-boom is a useless design. I realy don't understand why they still make them.. If you want to pull it out of a tight spot or building the tip section has to fold down.. I'd go for a 5 section Z-boom or a 4 section RZ-boom so the tipsection folds up and you will be able to lift up the endhose instead of having to drag it over the ground or even worse the armer..

I got a CIFA 31Z 5 sections and its an awesome pump. You can put this Z boom anywhere you want. To bad i got to sell it in order for me to move into a bigger size.

Better stay in the 36m to 42 m to be competitive.

I'm a schwing person for sure,so I guess it's all yours. If your replacing and the rf boom has served you well then run with it.I really liked the 34m for a versitile machine untill I ran the 39m,what a machine.I guess your location and parts/service will be a factor as well.

What ever happend to the stack valve problem ?
