Folding and unfolding where the d and e knuckle pass by a and is supposed to hit the well placed piece of plastic..... Anyone else have the occasional snafu in that area....do you use auto unfold and fold....if the parameters are off during the automatic sequence how are these reset?

Question two....how do u clean your pump out.....sponge....waterwash?    And if you don't waterwash a 63 then y?   I ask these questions so I can show my government no idea dept of energy bosses why I do what I do.. .input from other 63 m operators would be helpful.   Thanks

Chad, I've been running that same pump ever since they came out, you cannot reset the perameters, a putz rep has to do it. I've only seen a problem when the temps are really cold, like below zero, where moisture may form in the sensors. In manual mode the only failure is the operator not paying attention, even in one touch, do you not watch your boom fold or unfold?

As to the second part of the question, I have always water washed the pump, never sucked a sponge on the bigger iron, and sucked sponges on the smaller ones only if there was no water available. How long have you been running a pump? Sounds like you might need some more training or instruction on the big iron. 

And this is why this site sucks because of people like you.   He was asking a question and you just had to be a dick.  You must feel so much better super pumper...... IDIOT.

Hey man I run the putz 63 lovely machine, when unfolding or folding make sure your a and b section are always straight up together and the 4th is fully retracted, and I always use sponges first sponge back to the deck then stop fill the tip with water and second sponge never a problem :)

Using ebc to unfold is cool too just ease back on the stick when you go past see if that helps any probs man give me a message.. 

P.s never water washed never will to much to go wrong and a sponge takes seconds
