The acquisition greatly benefits the concrete pumping industry by bringing the best features and functionality from each system into the Rapid Applications platform. This will give our customers an even stronger and robust solution to manage and streamline their business.

Rapid Applications’ purchase of DispatchThis and Pumpware also supports its growth objectives and will help Rapid Application better serve its customers over time.

What this means for our existing and new customers:

This acquisition will not affect Rapid Applications users in any way. As for DispatchThis and Pumpware users, all contracts will be honored for the next 12 months. During this time, DispatchThis and Pumpware customers will have the option to upgrade to the Rapid Applications ERP. A clear migration and implementation plan will get you up and running quickly. After the next 12 months, DispatchThis and Pumpware customers will no longer be supported, excepting those engaged in annual contracts.

Effective today, there will be no new DispatchThis or Pumpware sales or development contracts.

The founders of DispatchThis, James Nolan and Rahul Gupta, will be retained by Rapid Apps, LLC, and will be available to help with any issues or concerns to help effect a seamless transition over the next 12 months.
