In my experience when talking to ready mix dispatchers. You may find this information useful.

Truck is loading - means (when he have a truck come back to the yard we will load it)

Truck is enroute - Truck is loading at the plant furthest away from the jobsite

Truck will be there in 15 minutes - Truck will be there in 30 minutes or so.......

Truck is in traffic - means the truck is in traffic on the way to the job before yours.

knee,

Dont ya love it when you need another load or clean-up and  the driver tells the customer: " Cant get out on my radio" but he has a Phone on his hip.

Translates to I am to lazy, you do it

By the way Central Concrete will not let us or the customer touch their water anymore. and if they get caught they get fired . I saw the memo...what the ? damn enviromentalists. getting rediculous with this stuff out here.
