Ready Mix Driver makes a mess and thinks he is helping

Look at this video I shot today in Little Elm Texas. These guys make a mess, operator ends up having to clean it up and this ready mix driver think he is helping by washing the concrete down the road.

The norm with mixer drivers. Also looks like the pump set up is not within 3 degrees of level .
