From your zip code on your member profile it looks like you're located with us here in California...if that is the case, you're going to want to make sure your pump's diesel motor is CARB Certified.

If you buy a NEW REED Pump, you can have that pump's "Tier 3 Flex Motor" CARB Certified.

However, if you buy a used pump (regardless of the make of the pump), they're not going to allow you to register that pump...
