Do not have the scoop on that model. 99.9% of the folks that I know with Reed pumps are happy campers. They seem to take good care of their customers, and that says a lot.

why would you buy a 4 axle machine when you can buy the same thing from alliance on three axles

Speedy is correct. If you are off in the sticks you need to see who (close) will be able to take care of you.

A bad dealer close to you is NOT a good deal. You need to look around in your area and see what is what.

If you have no one close, then you can decide on which of the long distance players will take the best care of you.

A reason to buy a unit on 4 axles is longivity and sometimes permits are easier to get with the other axle. It just depends on where you are... like everything else; consider your self and your company first, second and third,

I hope that you are a success; but not as much as you do. ;~)

I would take a look at Concord, they have a service man and a van, along with lots of parts available in Eatern Canada, Toronto area. Excellent machines, awsome prices. oh and they are manufacters, big difference for the client

I think Bob has a very good point on the axles regarding permits.  In California, you will have trouble crossing smaller older bridges without the extra axle.  Especially in rural parts of Cali.

Hello X-treme Concrete Pumping,

Sorry it took so long for me to reply to this message.

Please call Martin Rodriguez at 775-771-3536 any time (24-7). He's REED's main Boom Pump Service Manager.

We've got plenty of boom customers in Canada, and pumps located in very remote places all over the world. One bonus of going with REED is that we're on the West Coast...which means we can ship parts later than many of our competitors.

Another guy you will want to talk to is Paul Sulman, REED's Canadian Sales Rep - and a fellow Canadian. You can reach Paul at 909-374-6516 any time as well.

Have a nice day.
