Has anyone ever had problems with their remotes on certain jobs? I travel all over with no problems. This one job in the city, my remote cuts out quite a bit! There is power lines, a transformer. and a lot of antennas on the taller buildings. This lot has cell service on certain spots and none in others. We are down town. There are radio and TV stations. Could all of this mes with my frequencies? I have a remote that automatically finds its own frequency?

Have never had a problem with a true spead spectum remote ( only omnex makes one ).  Are you near the Airport?  They  are the only ones that send out a signal strong enough to shut down most current radios.  As per FCC standards all remotes must accept interferance, which means they must shut down when a stronger signal is present.

I called HBC and they recommended I send it in. My dealer and service support in Aberdeen, MD sent me a loner remote. Pumped the job without any problems. What a relief! Great advice, Great Service!

One day one of our operators was pumping at an air force base. A jet flew over low and the truck went dead.. the only thing that would work was the horn. but after about 15min and restarting a few times it worked again
