Assuming that that you are lookin to hire out on a self drive/use basis, very few places will hire out on this basis as to the risks and equipment costs, would start off with a truck hire spot agreement then amend it to suit.

Thanks Mark. I have been using an adapted heavy equipment hire agreement but I was hoping that someone might have a dedicated concrete pump hire or lease agreement.
