I first meet Dick in 1975 not long after he left Thomsen. Our business dealings consisted of only one single page, 10 sentance agreement and a hand shake ... from that day until Bennett Brothers sold their operation we did millions of dollars of business and never a problem. He instilled many business ethics, wise advise and remained a friend until his sad passing.
