A pressure washer with the spinning 'turbo' attachment has worked for me in the past. I've thought of a wire brush 'cup' attachment for a grinder, and rigging it up to a rod or even a flexible cable and powering it with a 1/2" or 5/8 drill - something slow and powerful. But I think the pressure washer turbo nozzle is the best option anyways.

cat you can hire a pipe cleaner, four or five inch, electric or petrol, bit like a vibrating unit, cleans them out like new

Stop pumping and go get the system to clean. They will figure it out.Works 99% time.

I've used BackSet followed with Pumpjockeys Turbo Nozzle idea if its dry it'll soften. Duct tape plastic over ends and roll it around.

Unfortunatly that is a problem for the office to address with contractor.there are several methods that help but taking a few of the dirty ones on pours help clean them out.Not the best alturnitive but it does work.
