Bellevue man dies in Dubuque Co. industrial accident

A Bellevue man has died after an industrial accident in Dubuque County Friday afternoon. The Dubuque County Sheriff's Office says 19-year-old Colin Jackson died after being trapped in industrial equipment. It happened around 5:15 p.m. at Jackson Concrete Pumping, located near the Dubuque Regional Airport. Deputies continue to investigate Jackson's death.

I heard he was working lat at the shop by himself. Working on a Telebelt accident happen. Not sure what as of yet.

BELLEVUE, Iowa -- Colin Patrick Jackson, 19, of Bellevue, died, Friday, April 25, 2014, in Dubuque, as a result of an industrial accident.

Funeral services for Colin will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Bellevue. Friends may call Tuesday, April 29, from 3 to 8 p.m. and again Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m. at Hachmann Funeral Home, Bellevue, where arrangements are pending.
