Roger entered the concrete industry as the Western Regional Manager for Challenge Cook Brothers in 1977. He joined Schwing America in 1986 and was a top producer at Schwing for 13 years and became the National Sales Manager.

Was the best boss that I ever had, And is just a great person!! Great Hire Sany!!

If everyone was as good as Roger it would be a perfect world.

I wonder if he will go find real pumpers that charge what they need to be charging to make money or?

Will he give pumps to people that cant aford them and say we have to get market share.

I wonder if if he will give Richard Obrian phone call and find out what it cost to pump concrete and look for those kind of costomers.

Remember Putz started the giving the pumps to people that could not even buy pickup truck.

Remember almost everybody in the pumping buisness is broke.

Remeber including myself the dumb things we did.

Remember Jack taught us how to make money pumping concrete. (Where is he?)

We need to realize giving pumps to people that do not know what it cost should not be in the pumping buisness.

REMEMBER ONE THING IF YOU DONT CHARGE FOR MORE THAN WHAT IT COST TO PUMP CONCRETE YOU WONT MAKE IT UNLESS YOU KNOW OBAMA AND HE CAN PRINT MORE MONEY.
