Just wondering how often the outlet bearing, seals and chome sleeve needs changing on other brands of pumps? Ours average a year but have got upto 18 months. Just curious as I was told the new Korean pumps only need changing every 3-4 years! |

The only answer is graese, grease and grease. the more you grease them the longer they stay, spesial after every job so the cement is puched out. |

our putzmeisters with auto lubes we get a couple years out of them as long as they're flushed everyday after a pour with grease. |

The inherent problem with S tube pumps is the pivet tube is under pressure of grout, if your seals are not good the grease will just squish out into the pipe and the grout will squish into the bushing and seaze it up. |

I grease as part of the washout to get any slurry out while it's still wet. I've just changed the seals and have started greasing every 20 cubes and when I wash up so we'll see how it goes |
