I regret to inform you we just received notice that Carl Morgan, area manager of ACPA member Golden Arrow Concrete Pumping located in east Texas passed away November 14, 2011.  Carl was in the pumping business since 1972 and owned his own business, Morgan's Concrete Pumping, for 21 years.  He is survived by his wife of 45 years and two sons, one daughter and eight grandsons.  He will be very much missed.   Regards,     Christi Collins Executive Director
