These are to be printed and kept in a folder in the cab of the truck. When a contractor asks you to do something stupid just show him the picture that corresponds with the safety hazard.

Topics are...

1. Short Rigging

2. Lack of Cribbage

3. Clamp safety

4. Power Lines

I would love to do more and I do not mind doing the work if it saves lives.

Here is the links to download the ones i have done so far.

Good Idea Todd

Could you also do a topic for Max load on the boom. IE no extra lifting

Most MFG's have a decal as to the max load on the end of the boom

So what would be a good picture for that, its different for every size right? so whats a good picture for that.

If anyone sees their pump and they want me to take it off I will. If a MFG wants the pump off I will take it off also.

Wow , this is impressive !! Pictures do say a thousand words.

Good job at putting this together Todd,Kudo's to you . I know this kind of stuff is time consuming to a point, but you are doing the industry a favor by making this material readily availible for anyone to use .

Ok, pics are good now. I am not sure what else to cover. You got powerlines, and holes below the surface and picking up weight with boom. That would probably be all that the contractor would need to worry about as far as making sure setup is safe.

you damn right when a pump shows up it should be on top of his priority list that it gets set up properly and safely and ready to pour concrete

This pictue is hard to look at but it can be used to show the presure our system can be under. This clamp flew off some system and hit a worker in the leg.

I dont want to show the contractors what they could do if they have no problems. I want to show them pictures of what happens when they do something that is not safe. That means I need accident pictures and injuries.
