I'm a 35+year operator.I've run putz mostly.I was running a swang a few years back and the remote had the concrete pressure you were pumping displayed. I really liked the idea. The best thing to come out in years for safety.I had to put 5 2/1/2 in hoses on the end of the boom and could not see the hoses at all.I had delays in the mud service. But i could watch the display and see if it was going to put to much pressure to get going again. So why not a pressure shut off you can set???? |

Its an idea. But why would you want lower max pressure? all the hoses and system should be able to handle the 80 bar.. |

So why not a pressure shut off you can set???? surely this is what you have output/volume control for , since the pressure becomes less of a problem if you have no volume behind it?? |

You CAN set the pressure, both accumulated concrete pressure and hydraulic pressure. |

What i would like to see is one you can set.Like your first load pumped out of the boom our system.Say it's 100 bar, you set it to 125. If it goes over, it trips the safety. You have time to see if something is wrong. |

Yeah it would be nice. I've often said small line pumping should be done with small trailer pumps. 275 bar max is too much. Bammm! Who wants to go see what happened at the other end. |
