what are those gray supports under the outrigger feet?

its a pump unit for a swap body system, the grey supports are probably there as a safety item on a show stand, stops having a suspended body being sat there on its hyraulic rams alone with the public being near it.   Interesting how the manufacturers dont fully extend the outriggers on the other pics!!!

They have probably not space enough for the leg . But if the boom is inside the "square" of the feet it will stay safe . If I only put My leg down and unfold the boom to the rear it stand perfect , but not infront of the cab or to the side . Than it tip ower , it is a Putz 46-5

It is safe to do! Think about it like butterfly or suicide legs just in reverse!

Couple things:

Pretty ballzy to run the boom all the way in the air without at least the rear outriggers out.  I don't care how you do the math.

The hopper must be 6 feet in the air!  The top of the rubber is even or above the deck!

The blue pumpkit is interesting...if the last pick is the kit fully mounted to the truck, does it bring the front axle off the ground?

Thanks for the pics!  Interesting...

Greater openness of the stabilizers would be safer ... I do not think that CIFA and SERMAC jeopardize their truck ...
