This company that is looking for operators must have had some real winners working for them in the past. Took this screen shot of the job description.... There was also more saying at the end of the day that you wash out your pump at the end of the work day..... 

Stuff like that which is written really makes me wonder the skill set of some people that call themselfs a operator and companies that are putting out big $$$ dollars for pumps end up getting a operator like that. If you have a operator like that I can only imagine what there set ups are like....Scary I bet to say the least.
