Concrete pump used for Mexico-Dixfield Bridge project

Piping to pump concrete for the Dixfield-Mexico bridge project on Route 2 arches over utility wires Tuesday afternoon. Phil Pinkham, Maine Department of Transportation resident engineer for the project, said Wednesday that the old bridge is expected to be removed next month.

Seems like the the boom over power line and the 20 foot rule is not happening in mexico.  But in the U.S. we say no not happening.

Why would this be a problem if the power is off and the power companie is at the scene?

Dipstick its not a problem!! I have done very similar to this with the power off and the power company there ..
