Are their any maintenance schedules that are published for boom pumps. I realize there are differences depending on aggregates etc. I am just looking for some general guide lines to help from breaking down on the job. |

DEPENDING ON WHAT TYPE OF PUMP IT IS, BUT I TRY TO ROTATE CUTTING RING EVERY 5000 YDS. GREASE BOOMS WEEKLY,CHANGE OIL ENGINE SERVICE EVERY 300 HRS. |

look at your maintenance manual it should tell you the required times to do your maintenance A cheep way to keep up with your maintenance program is MICROSOFT EXCEL PROGRAM. you can put every piece of equipment on it and keep up with everthing you are doing. you can add items as you go, add part numbers and notes. |
