Hello everyone!

One of my schwing is having trouble, every once in a while, the pump stop, the remote stop responding and is now showing "BLOC" instead of the RPM.  To put everything back to normal I have to put the pump to "Neutral" then back on, then the RPM come back and everything is working has it should.

No did anyone else had this problem?  I'm new to this forum, I've been reading a little on the board but I don't think I've seen someone with the same problem!

On the linked picture, you can see the remote but not with the actual problem.  I've only put some small pieces of papers so I can show you guys where it is actually showing "BLOC"

So the pump is a Schwing 2002 BPL1200 32M XLG

Thanks a lot for your help!

BLOC shows when you loose transmission between the transmitter and receiver, the control does not see the radio anymore, and it stops the pump because it doesnt get any inputs from the radio. open the radio remote, and check all connections, do the same with the receiver, that would be my first step

BLOC usually means your e-stop system has been activated, you are trying to reset your system but your switches are not in neutral. This is on a CPC2 correct? I would try your batteries as well! Make sure your leads on the batteries are clean, the terminals inside the box are clean. Also, if that doesn't work, you can open up your box and where the leads connect to the box, try slightly bending them out to establish a better connection with the battery. Over time they bend away from the battery as you re-insert it.
