I noticed some paint flaking off on my left front outrigger at the pad. Started cleaning it and found that it has rusted out from inside Big time. Downed the pump out of service until new parts arrive. Have todd usher coming soon for a inpect.and talk to him on the others.

Todd is a good guy and he wiill give you the strait scoop.

Did some asking,You should have 2 weep holes on each outrigger.You need to keep them free of dirt and concrete.

great job Dave, you are an extremlly conscientious operator that any company would be proud to have run there equipment. Good job on taking care of this probleam ASAP, I know it was a struggle to down your pump till the new parts arrived,but that is how profeesional concrete pump companies should act .

oh and to rusty22, you are very correct , always clean your out rigger downtube to pad weep holes. Rust has a way of eating these machines alive.
