friday i took out a schwing 58 sx with a p2525 pumping unit i had out boom and two 4\"rubbers it took all day to pump 200 hundred meters of concrete concrete supply was slow but i could only have the volume control on number5 and revs just over half any faster and the boom would bounce that much that in was dangerous my putz bsf 2116 52-5 dose bounce but i now the 58 is four section and my 52 is five section just wondering how you four section boys get on when youve got big meteridge to pump do you pump slow or do you let it bounce and you 58sx boys do you use the blow out chamber or do you suck back your sponges i found the chamber a little slow as you can only ues one sponge at a time with my 52 i suck back one sponge half way turn of pump fill hose or bend with water then put in second sponge and suck back together just wondering how you boys do it over the water

We don\'t have the blow out chambers here, just suck a ball back.

Get rid of the 4\" tip hose ! A 4 1\\2 or reducing hose takes alot of bounce out! Also learn to \"Play the Bounce\"!! Be OFF the sticks when it shifts,then back on them ! It takes PRACTICE AND CONCENTRATION but when you figure it out you\'ll be 3X as smooth!

i operate the 52 5 section now but when i go out with the guys on the 58 and 61 meters they lock out the 1st 3 sections and work the tip. the say that the boom likes weight on it. when we wash out we water wash as much as posible. but only if they have a water truck for us which they normally do. i used to suck back a sponge all the time before i started with jls but when the contractors started telling the other operators that i have been sucking a sponge the operators were getting mad because they werent getting the water truck.

Just do what your mate mouse does to them. FULL OIL AND FULL REVS!!!!  and watch them bounce like a yoyo. GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNERRRRRRRRR
