I have seen this a few times over the last few days, not sure what is really going. I don't know who Rothchilds is.

Monies investment group. Rothchilds are a firm of investments. 

I asume these are hard facts you are talking about since its not alowed to post rumors here??

I don't know if it's true or not, this is just a public news story from Bloomberg web site, same place the Putz Sany news came from.

@ Dipstick.  Schwing is not a sponser, therefore, the rumors are acceptable.  You know the rules.

Mike you are wrong, I did not post anything about Putz or Schwing until Bloomberg came out with it. Bloomberg article is note worthy and public information. It's not like I made it up. I did not give Putz special treatment and they are a sponsor why do you think Schwing should get special treatment because they are not a sponsor? I will tell you what, I will call schwing Monday morning and ask for a comment from them. I do my best not to post rumors but I do point to creditable sources or new related stories. Don't get confused here, the story is not that Todd is being a jerk to Schwing, the story is that our industry is changing. Don't kill the messenger.

Look back at last few weeks. I had posted something about this. THere was a lot of speculation but the BIG NEWS was not broken here because the site wanted to get it from Schwing first hand and they were not providing any info so nothing was told here. But in Germany even if you look at what CASSE from Germany told that it was a done deal and spelled it out almost but Todd held back on it because of no hard info. Casse is in touch over there with things and not happy about any sales of these companies either. So Casse has no ill feelings towards any of these great companies. So no body is trying to communicate ill will here. You, I and most all of our industry here can only hope a solid German Group will come in and help them.

The article is a Bloomberg article and it is told in Germany News agencies of this story as well. We all know how Todd feels about his sponsors. Like it or not at least he is loyal to those who support him.

I love schwing. But it is a very well known fact they are cash strapped to continue. Parts have been horrible and it is hard to watch a great quality manufacture work like this. It is vertually impossible to get working capital from the lending instituions because business world wide is not great. That is why Putz sold. Cannot get operating capital to work.

All and all. Yea we sometimes do not agree with the sponsor thing but at least he comes out and tells us to our faces what his directions is. So I have to give credit for that.

Your a Schwing guy Mike? Great product. Best resale pump in the world. Great performer. How can you not like Schwing. LEts all agree on one thing. WE want only the best for them and I think Todd is included in that.
