Schwing sp500 dropping revs when pumping

hi guys just a quick one, I have a schwing sp500 iv had it a year or so and she had just started to struggle a bit on change over. When it's changing over the revs drop slightly enough so u can hear it drop. Does it on small lines. I did have a bit of water in the oil at some point.
