I would realy like to know how a self climbing device on a putz placingboom works.. I've see the tools on pictures but cant realy picture how it would work. Any one that can explain it in words or maybe someone has a nice video of it?

Thanks guys.. But where do you put the new towersection? On the bottom? What if you want a 9 meter section in between?

Would it be a good idea to build up the tower inside an elevator shaft??

Dipstick: You don't put in a new tower section! You are jacking all the tower you are gonna use! You just fill in the pipe sections! We built bigger feet though, and I've cracked some floors, once so bad I thought she was gonna go all the way to the bottom! You could stick your finger in the honeycomb to the second knuckle!
