GOOD RANT

Just curious, didn't the company assign you a "field rep" that you can call anytime day or night and ask direct questions.....it is great for trouble shooting and a second opinion from someone who has been there, done that. 

When we bought our pump, that was one of the big selling points that we liked.  I have called the field rep a half a dozen times over the past couple years.  The first time I called him I must have really impressed him.....the problem I called him for>>>>, the pump wouldn't run, because the darn switch was still on "outrigger"....vice "boom"....lol
