Done it. I was told the crane mat had been sitting there with a 100 ton on it a lot longer than the water was there...still made my b hole pucker up a bit but she held.

i am more amazed epa lets contractors setup on water without containment.

Never heard a word about it. Obviously DOT didn't want anything dropping in the river, but they didn't say a word about hydraulic fluid which there ain't too many pumps out there without one or two leaks. Of course I didn't mention that either lol.
