Looks like your outriger post is part of this pour because I saw plastic, erosion controll because of the rain? looks like lots of pours,cool!

 In this area if you've got a wheel barrow of dirt piled in your front lawn it better be covered with plastic. Surface water regulations to reduce silt/sediment in drain water. I've seen entire jobs shut down because the wind blew the plastic off of a dirt pile!
