Thats amazing! I want that!! Bit scary though. Hope that computer will never get a failure.

I was amazed about how far out he could still go with the boom with so litlle outrigger out..

in the crane business, load moment indicators are considered “operational aids”. You, as the crane operator, still need to know how heavy the weight is you are lifting and the radius the load will be in. The same applies here.  A computer, that will take the ground conditions into account, has yet to be build. Even if you had one, it will only assist you, and never take the operator out of the equation. You still need to know what you are doing

last two stages very light carbotech. opposite outriggers act as counterweight. footprint small because no concrete in pipeline. with concrete outriggers fully extended
