I dont know what the mix was but the first three trucks were so stiff the vibrat would not get the stuff through the grate.  Had to shovel a bunch.  Only a bit under the s-tub when I cleaned out.  Pluged once at the nozzle and blew the rubber end apart but that was the only problem.  These finishers were good and we got done in about 5 hours.    I always try to go off the boom, it makes the floor at the end a breeze, you just hang the nozzle and they shoot it straight down.  It makes an easy end to the day for the nozzle man and he comes out with a smile on his face.

How does that last pic apply to the double ended hose rule? Partial plug and that guy is gonna be looking for his head.

nice work, i do shotcrete alot w/ a trailere pump, ive only seen it done once w/ a boom and i was driving by and couldnt stop to check it out, i would prsume it would be the same as when i run the trailer all plugs would most likley be in the reducers, at any rate looks rather interesting.

Man I'm surprised no one has said a word about it yet! The last pic. Last time I checked a shotcrete nozzle was metal and attached to a metal end on a double ended hose on top of the fact it has air pressure already pushing back towards the hoseman. Sorry dude, Never seen it done out of a boom. Guess it would be just fine if you kept the line on the ground.
