Hello REED Dealers and Friends, 

We have a request from our Dealer in Brazil. 

His company is submitting proposals for shotcrete work in Brazil. There are many of these types of contracts coming out in Brazil these days and they to be involved in this growing business. With regards to this, they request that we solicit interest for employment by his company to supervise shotcrete work in Brazil for approximately 6 months.

 Below you can find a brief description of the assignment.

 1)       Requirements:

a.       knowledge of the whole process (materials, additives, application (skills with the nozzle), surface finishing/curing, mix design, concrete/shotcrete pumping, experience managing a crew of men, etc…).

b.       Spanish Speaking (or Portuguese is even better)

c.       At the beginning this person will probably be required to actually run the nozzle and finish the shotcrete a little bit in order to train his crew

2)       Conditions:

a.       period of 6 months employment

b.       6 days per week work

c.       8 hours of work per day

d.       shotcrete is for a large outdoor canal (surfaces are sloped and vertical both)

e.       location: Custódia City in Pernambuco State

f.         all lodging, food, and transportation will be covered by employer (travel is only to Brazil and to and from project, not weekend trips to the city)

g.       this will be almost like a “camp job” because Custodia is not exactly an urban area
