If you're absotively, posolutely going to WOC, why don't you call right now and check out rates.  Compare during several different weeks.  They used to hose the hell out of you on the big convention weeks, but now?  Maybe you can cut a hell of a deal.

I wonder if a WOC is a smart idea.  Why don't they move to a 3 year format like Con-Agg/Con-expo?

Save a hell of a lot of expense.  Vegas has been milking everybody for long enough.  don't they know this is a recession, or did they not get the memo....it was signed by Bush & Obama.

If you sign up now its free, and if you wait each ticket is fifty bucks or something like that. just click the link and sign everyone up that you want to go and if they dont go no big deal. I would wait to book your room until that week. I think I will be staying at the Hilton but not sure yet. Maybe we can have a ConcretePumping.com party one night.

Generally if you pre-register through any exhibitor, there should be no cost.

There's still time to pre-register for free, likley up until the end of December at least.  no pressing need to be in a hurry, find a freebie, that's the best price.

As for rooms, shop around, and beat them down, like a contractor wanting pumping for less than cost.  ;~)
