I work a lot of messed up hours. A lot of ten or eleven oclock at night. This week only one early pour. For some reason I cant seem to sleep this week. Only a hour or two tops, I'M tired, but no sleep. I can usally sleep no problem and has never been a problem before. Has or does anyone have this problem?

Not me Bigboom, after a shower, dinner, watch a lil tv, I am out like a light....but I do wake up often with my arms or hands aching.

Yea, i know how that is. All that horseback riding, cart racing and trout fishing really makes those hands and arms sore. ;~)

feel the pain! try some tylenol PM or advil PM  works for me   everytime!
