Is it just me? Am I the lone ranger? Are there no other members of the “Why do you slam the front outriggers to full extension at ramming speed?†… club Are the operators being paid by the chain industry to stress-test the product at every deployment? I am, once again, out of sync with everyone else. So let me ask the people that own those chains, sprockets, and end stops. Is this abuse or use? |

It is abuse.... It stand in the manual on Schwing that you should go easy when you come to the end.... In the swedish version... |

Thanks V, I thought that I was once again stumbling in the dark and screaming into the soundproof material in my padded cell. Ops, it is really not good to slam those to full extension or retraction... Vasa says so. ;~) |

I operated a Putz with the chains in the front outriggers for awhile and, was tought run them out slow near the end. I didnt know that there were chains in some out riggers till then. I dont understand why they just dont use hydralic cylinders the right length to stop where they are supposed to. |
