Well I hear that Concrete Pumps from Canada are crossing the boarder with no tariffs, the only thing is that there is a lot of paperwork and takes some time, but no tariffs. Just what I am hearing from some of my friends who went up and drove back some pumps.

Tariffs on Concrete Pumps from Canada to America

Currently, there are no specific tariffs imposed by the United States on concrete pumps imported from Canada as long as they comply with the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) requirements.

Key Points:

  • USMCA-compliant goods from Canada maintain a 0% tariff rate
  • Non-USMCA compliant goods face a 25% tariff
  • Certain non-compliant energy and potash products incur a 10% tariff

It's important to ensure your concrete pumps meet all USMCA compliance requirements to benefit from the tariff exemption. While there have been broader tariffs imposed on various Canadian goods (such as the 25% tariff implemented on March 4, 2025), these do not specifically target concrete pumps.

For the most current information, I recommend staying updated with official announcements from U.S. trade authorities or consulting with trade compliance experts.
