32 m with a mixer very impressive! Is it is 4 inch boom pipe? How much does a mixer / pump cost? Seems like an under utilized investment? Ideal for short (less than 10 yard) pump placements? Thanks for posting! I have never seen one of these up close so the more pix the more we say thank you!

Seed just think about all the things that could  go wrong and how many more load they could have hauled with the pump being by its self and the cost.

Hey Garcia, what's the biggest pour you,ve done with one of those units.  Just curious how you keep what's left in the drum after you wsh it in from hardening while you wait for other trucks to finish pumping?

A 32m mounted on a mixer? Unbelievable!!! With our wheightlimit-laws in Sweden, you never find a bigger boom than 27m (Saraka fabricate) on a mixerpump, and even whith their lowwheight "hardox-steel" it´s not legal to load more than 3,5 m3 on highwaydriving - on narrow gravelroads is that boom-mixertruck not allowed even unloaded (Volvo lightwheightchassie). With an german Putzmeister pump and Liebherr-mixer, the load will be reduced to 2,5 m3 - with a 26 m (!) boom.....on highwaydriving. Not that very useble as a workingmachine in this country.

How much can you legaly load in your mixer?

Empty truck 24960KG max weight 41000KG that leave 16230KG for concrete that is about 6.75cubic meter and that is about 8.8cubic yard

how much water do u carry. I think it would be pretty cool if u had enough to water wash back into your self and still have a little water to wash out. that way it wets the concrete in the drum and no hurry on your hopper.

"If I have a job than 10m3 I load 10m3"

Hahaha, i like your anwer - specialy when your legaly maximumwheight allready is enormous: 41.000 kg. Isn´t it unpleasantly to drive a 4-axletruck and carry that heavy wheight? I believe it must be like to drive a sailboat - but on the highway.

Almima You Will find atleast 2 "Pumi" in Sweden that are longer than 27 meter. Kvarnbäcken have a 29 meter Waitzinger and PS-åkeri a Saraka 31 or 33 meter "Pumi" . And drive a truck who weigh about 40 ton is like drive one weighing 32 ton , My pump weigh about 40 ton depending how much water and diesel I have with Me in the suportlegs and hose + pipes...on the paper it says 39 ton but when everything is filled it weigh more than 40 ton. I have never been stoped and going on the scale , always says mud in the pipe must hurry to the RM-plant and waterwash...

Almima the pumi of Garcia is built on a Ginaf they are thechnical designed to weight 49000KG. For road legal dumper trucks they use a fifth axle witch they can lift when they go of road. So I can Imagine they sometimes put drum ful.
