im one of thos, learn sumthin new every day kinda guys and today saturday of all days, i opened  unfolded and played around with our 47m pee eutz, its 5 sec. half roll and half z, no help no one even at the yard that knows anything bout pumping, after about an hour or so it semms that i can run it just like a roll and fold until i have to z it into a building or something, sure am glad to have a boss who challenges me to better myself everyday, cant wait to see the look on the other operaters at the yard when they hear im going out on my own on "their" pump specialy since  were not on speaking terms.hahahaha

just remember its not about being better than everyone else its about wanting to make yourself better,it sounds as if you are a perfectionist and if that is the case you will always be harder on yourself

There's one of the reasons I take my pump keys home on the weekends. You should still ride with someone for a day on a new animal. Perhaps even with the fella your not speaking to right now. You could show him first hand that you know your shit, And would most likley be on speaking terms by days end. This would no doubt impress your boss more than pissing people off.

Unless ofcourse the site of his face makes you want to smash it and for good reason? If so then >Pump-On< !

i appreciate the feed back fellas and no im not trying to be better than everyone just better myself, as for driving it it only has 2 more gears than the 39, but their is an operator there at the yard with a class a and hes ran it before, im sure he'll be happy to go with me as my oiler.
