I am almost positive that can not happen here, you can open your email but if they have a link to somewhere and you click on that then you can get something.

I totally understand My2cents , I guess I know how to remove most any issue from my computer plus I use a 500gb external hardrive for anything important and it is never on unless I am going to transfer stuff then I shut it off. And it only takes a small amount of time to reformat my OS then Im off and browsing again. But trust me I know what ya mean about certain "suspicious" e-mails .
