HAD A SOLID WALL CONTRACTOR (RESIDENTAL) CALL LAST WEEK TO TALK ABOUT PUMPING HIS WALLS ON HOMES WITH BOOM. APARENTLY HE HAS RESERVATIONS ABOUT PUMPING A NEW MIX DESIGN IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

I HAVENT SEEN IT YET OR KNOW MUSH ABOUT IT. I'VE PUMPED METAL FIBER BUT HAVE YET TO SEE SPIRIAL FIBER.

THE MATERIAL IVE SEEN IS RIBED. ANY-ONE WORKED WITH THIS SPIRIAL  YET?

I am surprised nobody has posted anything for you but if this is new and nobody has pumped it than I would think it best to do ask them to do a test pour. I would hate to see you have 5 or 6 trucks sitting there and than find out it will not pump.

It is totally new to me.

If your customer wants the job to go off well he needs to schedule you and a yard of the material at the batch plant. That would be the place to have a surprize. ;~)

I agree with bob but i suggest at least two yards so it will mix good ( have him dose it with retarder just in case ) after you prime let it sit 20 mins see how it reacts ( bleeding ).
