Thanks Lawrence... started out with pressure washing the wheels, then used Eagle One etching mag wheel cleaner. Sprayed it on, brushed it with a stiff brush and let it sit for a few minutes, brushed again and then hosed off with a strong stream of water. Believe it or not, that made a big difference. I had some old polish I bought years ago called "Hollywoods Metal Polish" and have now switched to Never-Dull. Used that with lots of elbow grease (no sissy Powerballs or buffers here!) I also have been using McGuires "Hot Wheel" etching cleaner. It smells alot better and does a good job as well. I'm planning on sticking out the main tomorrow and pressure washing it as well. As one of our mechanics pointed out to me "the main is aluminium too Paulie". I can take a hint! More photos to come...

I don't know if you know this but use flour to take the neverdull or other cleaners off. Just put some on the rim and rag and rub away. it drys and pulls the cleaner off .rims look great.

Thanks guys!!!

Brando, you know you started this whole thing when you shined up your wheels... I think Eagle One should be giving you a commission!

Pumper Chuck, unfortunately it was 1 year ago today that I headed for the deep south, sorry, I don't plan on going back there soon.

Here's a shot of the products that we've all been using in the Pacific Northwest... SHINE ON!!!
