i have a kkk concrete pump and every time i go to pump a job the pump gets jammed on me i made saw the concrete was 90-100 slump and i primed it with brikey sand what am i doing wrong i give it full revs when it jams i reverse it the go again but jams again if any 1 can help me would be much appricaited

hey dump it man, need to know more info, possible help you big time but need to know what you are operating, line or boom, how long you been on this machine and how long you been pumping. if you are a newbie, it well maybe something in your technique that is causing you grief or maybe you are an old salt where we can rub grey hairs together to sort your dramas. cheers

if i am doing the nittie grittie, [exposed agg, grout, 100 metre+ pushes of blockfill, spraying] i'll leave the pistons at home and take out the rubber pump. they have been around for very long time and in the right hands they will be around for a while yet. tho not fast, i have seen them pump what the best cant, 4 inch in, 4 inch out, make sure the pipeline is sweet, job's done and bob's your uncle.

how many pumps that were built 30 odd years ago, without modification, are still going today.
