Yes, I run a 93 meter Schwing with 11 1/2" boom pipe. It seems just as soon as I start to get a steady flow the redimix truck is empty, and if I turn it up too fast we loose the hose guy. Just last week we lost one, and ended up finding him in the next county. How can I speed it up but still slow it down ??

I had the same problem , I changed the pipe to 9,5" so now I have a steady flow + I could mount 1 more boom, less weight in the pipe . So now it has 7 boom-pieces with Y-folding, 107m.

Just goes to show you everything is bigger in KS. I'll try to get some pics but I dont know if I can find a 96 mm lens. I'll let the hose guy take pics on his way out

try leaving the working side outriggers in, whats happening is there providing to much support an keeping the boom is a upright position also try not using any water in the primer the water is slicking the pipe up to much an causing the concrete to flow so much easier an with so little pressure it needs to have alot of resistance to where u have to turn it wide open an when u get it out the tip hose turn around an call your girlfriend an find a comfortable seat an enjoy the show..hope this helps you

ok i know just how to solve this its not the double 90 you need the full rams curl in 11.5 but i think you should use pvc to make and you will ba able to add some more boom maybe make a 101 m hehehehehehe

Replace one of the deck pipes for an endhose.. It will flex so the mud will get less grey down the way.. Works every time!!
