Anyone run steel fibers thru a telebelt. I have a low clearance job coming up for about 200cy of steel fiber. I also have a small line pump any idea how it should go will that. Just a lot morework for everyone with the line pump. |

I have run that before through a telebelt. works just as good as normal concrete just builds up on the grate if you use the grate |

You bet. Just make sure the scraper blades are sharp and tensioned properly. Also make sure the scraper arms are parallel and tight. If fibers are getting caught at the ends of the blade, run the belt a little faster. I just visited a job where a TB-110 and a laser screed were hitting 200 yards/hour on a 12" warehouse slab with steel fiber in the mix. They would have gone faster, but the mixers couldn't quite keep up. |

Done loads of steel fiber. We use max 16mm rock and 20kg steel fiber per m3. 3'' hose and only 1 2,5'' hose at the end WITHOUT STEEL AT THE END.. But I don't love it. If I had a telebelt I would like to try it with that I think

Here's a short clip of the steel fiber pour I was talking about. Total of all pours was 15,000 yards with 76 hours on the belt clock.
