I run a 39 meter Schwing with a Condor chassis I personally like the Condor over the Mack. It has a ton of room in the cab compared to the Mack I had before. One of the drawbacks they have is the front tire clearance on the fenders. The first week I ran it I tore the plastic fenders loose with the steer tires. Need to be extra careful on uneven ground. I still have the same fenders after 5 years though so I learned quick to watch them.

The head & leg room aint worth sacrificing strength & power. Unless it's a 28 or 32m? Macks are "bull proof" and that's what a pump needs under it.

I ran a thirtysix Cifa on a Sterling with a Condor cab a few times. If I had to run it every day I would have torn the front steps and bumper off by now. Not to mention a couple U joints or clutches?

I guess it depends on where your located. Here in the usa a Mack is the lessor of the evils.Somehow I would like to have a love affair with the Volvo, seems much more driver friendly. It's strange cause we all know who owns Mack.

Check out my schwing 39m on a condor. I love it except, NO POWER with the automatic transmission. The "jake brake" feature is worthless also. It down shifts the auto tranny but dosent provide enough to slow it down on a steep grade. Gotta keep on your toes. Other than those complaints, I love it.
