People are starting to tell me stories about him and it sounds like he was a very good man. I am glad he was part of this industry. |

Mr Merli set the standard for southern california pumping. between Double "P" and Merli they challenge each other for the longest booms and who could place concrete faster, further and higher. What a loss. My sympathy to the family, Steve Jr. and Gunter. |

I worked for the Merli's for many years at Vegas. Met Merli Senior a couple of times when he visited. I had occasion to go to the yard in Gardena many times as well. I was, and still am, impressed with the way they do things and the way they treat their people. First class group of people in my book! Mr. Merli senior will be missed. His contribution to this industry cannot be measured..... |
